South East Coast Ambulance (SECAmb) responds to 999 calls from the public and urgent calls from healthcare professionals.

SECAmb works in partnership with Care UK to manage the NHS 111 service in Surrey. NHS 111 is designed to make it easier for you to access healthcare services when you need medical help fast, but when it is not a 999 emergency. The service can help you to identify the best NHS service to use, and provide access to the Surrey GP Out-of-Hours service – providing access to urgent GP appointments between 6:30pm and 8am weekdays, and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.

NHS 111 is free to call, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
